2009 was the year Charlie chose to call it quits for the BiPlane Association and Expo. Record numbers
of fly-ins were recorded. Dick Rutan was the honored guest and speaker. Hopefully in the near future someone
else will pick up where Charlie left off and revive the BiPlane Association and Expo.
